An ex-Obama administration official who worked in the Department of Justice accused President Trump of obstruction of justice on Saturday after the president tweeted about the Michael Flynn plea deal.
Responding to Trump’s comments, Matthew Miller, the DOJ spokesman under Obama, wrote on Twitter: “Oh my god, he just admitted to obstruction of justice. If Trump knew Flynn lied to the FBI when he asked Comey to let it go, then there is your case.”

In response, Conservative writer Mark Pantano posted the following:
Are you really this stupid?
The President is the head of the Executive Branch.
It is called PROSECUTORIAL DISCRETION.
Those responsible for enforcing laws have discussions every single day about not charging those they think are technically guilty. https://t.co/Iakzz2HoZI
